SteadyPrep is an AI-powered exam preparation application that provides personalized study plans, daily tasks, and quizzes for competitive exam aspirants. The App uses Google Gemini AI to generate content based on your exam preferences.

3. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

Use the App only for lawful purposes
Not attempt to reverse engineer or tamper with the App
Not misuse the AI features to generate harmful or inappropriate content
Take responsibility for the accuracy of information you provide during onboarding

4. AI-Generated Content & Tool Usage

The study plans, daily tasks, and quizzes in SteadyPrep are generated by AI. While we strive for accuracy, AI can make mistakes. SteadyPrep is a supplementary study tool designed to help you achieve greater results when used smartly and correctly alongside official study materials.

5. Free and Premium Plans

SteadyPrep offers a free tier with daily usage limits and ads. Premium features may be offered in the future. Details of any paid plans will be clearly communicated within the App before any purchase.

6. Intellectual Property

The App, its design, and underlying technology are the property of SteadyPrep. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the App without prior written consent.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

SteadyPrep is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that the App will be error-free, uninterrupted, or that AI-generated content will be completely accurate. We do not guarantee any student's exam rank, score, or overall success.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, SteadyPrep and its creators shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential bad outcomes arising from your use of the App. This includes any loss of data, errors in AI output, or specific exam-related results.

9. App Improvement and Feedback

We constantly try to improve the App, fix bugs, enhance AI outputs, and reduce inconsistencies. We highly value your input, and feedback can be provided directly within the App to help us make SteadyPrep better for everyone.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms. We will notify users of significant changes through the App.
